Ingredients

  • -OLD BAY CORN-
  • 4 ears of corn, husks removed
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • -BACON-WRAPPED CORN-
  • 4 ears of corn, husks removed
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 16 strips bacon
  • -BBQ CORN-
  • 4 ears of corn, husks removed
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite bottled sauce!)
  • ½ cup crushed wavy potato chips
  • -PESTO PARMESAN CORN-
  • 4 ears of corn, husks removed
  • 1/3 cup pesto sauce (your favorite pre-made pesto!)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

-OLD BAY CORN-

1. Heat grill to high. Grill corn, turning occasionally, until charred and tender, 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, stir together mayo and Old Bay. Brush on grilled corn.

-BACON-WRAPPED CORN-

1. Heat grill to medium. Brush corn with Ranch dressing. Wrap each ear of corn in four slices of bacon.

2. Grill corn, turning occasionally, until charred and tender, 10 minutes.

-BBQ CORN-

1. Heat grill to high. Grill corn, turning occasionally, until charred and tender, 10 minutes.

2. Brush with barbecue sauce and sprinkle with potato chips.

-PESTO PARMESAN CORN-

1. Heat grill to high. Grill corn, turning occasionally, until charred and tender, 10 minutes.

2. Brush with pesto and top with Parmesan.
